Every change affects d energy
equilibrium- till disturbances settle down. The universe is made up of various
energy fields& d quantum of Hoo is d base for all energy equilibrium. While
scientists debate d first sound energy ever to occur in d universe, saints of
religions had documented it extensively in d holy books especially in Quran.
Modern physicists believe Hoo is d sound of cosmic creation that occurs

Sound can travel through any

relationships& d physical+ spiritual worlds. It offers various shades of
meaning of d universal mysteries, infinite language, infinite knowledge,

recommend" Hoo-" as a tool for meditation to get d blessings&
deedar of Allah' s Zaat& Sifaat.Hoo- azkaar cleanses & heals d whole
system or wajood, it will attune us to do sound of d cosmos just like a droplet
dissolves into d ocean& will open d ocean of love within.Past, present&
future all is Hoo- Hoo- defines 4 states of Rooh- d physical, inner thought,
spiritual consciousness& self identity- d eternal.....Baqa Billah after
Fana Fillah. Hoo- is four states of consciousness-- wakefulness, dream state,
deep sleep& self state. Hoo- azkaar sequentially activates d stomach,
spinal cord, throat, nasal & brain regions sensitizing whole wajood thereby
channelising energy& activating d spinal cord& brain& heart.Its
continuity will shift d attention& echo d harmonic relationship of every
vital organs, our heartbeat, breathing, brain wave pulsing, neuron cells
